Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Base Caliban Green 21-12
Base paints are developed for the first, opaque coat of paint on miniatures and offer a high pigment density as well as strong adhesion. Caliban Green is ideally suited for very dark, rich green tones and is particularly well suited for armor, fabrics, vehicles, as well as chapter-specific or military color schemes. The paint covers reliably and forms an even foundation for further layering and shading steps.
Base paints can be applied evenly and ensure a clean, stable color base on which highlights and shadows can stand out optimally. Caliban Green is excellently suited as a base color for deep green tones, strong contrasts, or gloomy designs.
For optimal results, it is recommended to slightly thin the paint and apply it in one to two even coats. This creates a smooth, opaque base without losing fine details.
