Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Base Runelord Brass 21-55
Base paints are developed for the first, opaque colour application on miniatures and offer a high pigment density as well as strong adhesion. Runelord Brass is ideally suited for bright, matte brass and bronze tones and is particularly well suited for armour, weapons, machines, decorative details, as well as antique or rune-engraved metal surfaces. The paint provides reliable coverage and forms an even foundation for further layering and shading steps.
Base paints can be applied evenly and ensure a clean, stable colour base on which metallic highlights and shadows come into their own optimally. Runelord Brass is excellently suited as a base colour for high-quality metallic surfaces with a refined, slightly desaturated look.
For optimal results, it is recommended to thin the paint slightly and apply it in one to two even coats. This creates a smooth, opaque base without losing fine details.
