Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Base Stegadon Scale Green 21-10
Base paints are developed for the first, opaque coat of paint on miniatures and offer a high pigment density as well as strong adhesion. Stegadon Scale Green is ideally suited for very dark blue-green tones and is particularly well suited for scales, armor, vehicles, fabrics, as well as aetheric or underwater color schemes. The paint covers reliably and forms an even foundation for further layering and shading steps.
Base paints can be applied evenly and ensure a clean, stable color base on which highlights and shadows can stand out optimally. Stegadon Scale Green is excellently suited as a base color for deep shadows, reptilian surfaces, or high-contrast blue-green areas.
For optimal results, it is recommended to slightly thin the paint and apply it in one to two even coats. This creates a smooth, opaque base without losing fine details.
