Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Base Thondia Brown 21-58
Base paints are developed for the first, opaque coat on miniatures and offer a high pigment density as well as strong adhesion. Thondia Brown is ideally suited for warm, earthy brown and clay tones and is particularly well suited for leather, wood, fur, fabrics, bases, as well as natural or realistic surfaces. The paint covers reliably and forms an even foundation for further layering and shading steps.
Base paints can be applied evenly and provide a clean, stable color base on which highlights and shadows can stand out optimally. Thondia Brown is excellent as a base color for soil, tree bark, leather details, or natural equipment.
For optimal results, it is recommended to slightly thin the paint and apply it in one to two even coats. This creates a smooth, opaque base without losing fine details.
