Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Contrast Cygor Brown 29-29
Contrast colours combine the flow properties of a Shade paint with the colour density and adhesion of a Layer paint. With these paints, various areas of a miniature can be painted effortlessly to achieve strong contrasts and natural effects. Cygor Brown is ideal for very dark brown and earth tones, and is particularly well suited for fur, leather, wood, fabrics, as well as realistic or nature-inspired colour schemes.
Contrast Paints function as basecoat and shading in one step. The paint settles in recesses and automatically creates deep, rich shadows, while raised areas remain lighter. Cygor Brown provides an intense, dark brown with strong contrast and natural depth.
For optimal results, we recommend light base colours and the use of the primers Wraithbone, White Scar or Grey Seer to fully utilise the excellent flow and contrast properties of Contrast Paints.
