Warhammer - Citadel Colour: Layer Gehenna's Gold 22-61
Layer colors are developed for precise layering and targeted highlighting of details on miniatures. Gehenna’s Gold is ideal for warm, rich gold tones with a slight red tint and is particularly well suited for armor, weapons, decorative details, symbols, as well as noble or ornate metal surfaces. The paint offers balanced, controlled coverage and allows clean metallic highlights with a strong shine.
Layer paints are applied in thin coats and allow light and depth to be built up in a controlled manner. Gehenna’s Gold is excellent for brightening darker gold or bronze tones or for setting defined edge highlights without obscuring details or losing the metallic character.
For optimal results, it is recommended to thin the paint slightly and apply it in several thin layers. This allows for smooth metallic surfaces and precise highlights.
